ORDERING GUIDELINES AND CONTACT INFORMATION: DOES RONNA'S GIFTS HAVE A CATALOG? Sorry, we do not produce a catalog at this time. The internet allows us to add items and update availability everyday. Please check the web site often for new & exciting items. CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER? We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our merchandise. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL AN ORDER? After you have placed an order on line, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order by calling Ronnas Gifts at (805) 480-0063 or by e-mailing ronna@ronnasgifts.net. Someone will get back to you ASAP to take care of you. HOW CAN I REACH SOMEONE REGARDING MY WEB ORDER? We truly appreciate your business and hope you have a great shopping experience at Ronna's Gifts. If you have any questions regarding an order please call (805) 480-0063 during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm PST or e-mail ronna@ronnasgifts.net and someone will answer you ASAP. SHIPPING YOUR ORDER: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? Your merchandise will arrive within the time period noted on eac product page. Packages should arrive 3 to 7 business days if shipped via Ground service. Shipments sent via overnight service should arrive by 3 pm the business day following when the ordr was shipped. 2-Day and 3-Day Express services are also available to certain locations. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address; an address in, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico; and during holiday seasons. WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDER IS BACK-ORDERED OR UNAVAILABLE? Ronna's Gifts can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item is delayed due to back order, we will notify you of the situation via e-mail. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. WILL MY ORDER COME ALL AT ONCE OR IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS? Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments so that we can get what is available to you in a timely manner. You are not charged additional shipping fees if your order is sentin to you in multiple shipments. If items are shipped separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will bve allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, eac order is subject to shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is e-mailed to you. We're sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.
